Our professional services and experience afford you assurance that all commitments will be carried out to your absolute satisfaction. In order to assure that you and your guests enjoy a well organized event, we must have both/all parties adhere to the following policies.
Menu Packages ~ All menu packages will be developed through the sales department of Event Wise Catering. The catering manager will assist in all aspects of menu options and arrangements to provide our clients with a fabulous event experience.
Pricing ~ Menu pricing does not include 6% sales tax, server fees or 20% production fees. All fees will be clearly outlined on all proposals and invoices upfront. Our menu pricing and selections are developed seasonally due to market fluctuations.
Staffing & Equipment Fees ~ Staffing, set up, services, serving equipment and delivery fees will vary depending on guest count and complexity of event and will be discussed and outlined on invoice prior to confirming date.
Contracts, Deposits & Payment ~ Event Wise Catering requests a 50% non-refundable deposit and signed contract agreement to confirm the event date. The 50% deposit is based on the overall expected guest count given by the client. Event Wise requires a final guest count 21 days prior to the scheduled event. At the 21 day final guest count mark, the invoice will be revised to reflect the final guests count given by the client. The client is responsible for finalizing all balance payments on all services ordered at the 21 day final guest count mark.
Methods of Payment ~ Accepted methods of payment are personal, business, cashiers check, credit card or debit card using pay pal. All check payments are to be made payable to: Event Wise Catering. Cancellation Policy ~ Cancellations must be mailed no later than 90 days prior to the scheduled event to firstname.lastname@example.org. Event Wise Catering reserves the right to collect all monies contracted for under 0-90 days from the date of the scheduled event. All deposits and prior payments are non-refundable.
Full Service Catering ~ With our full service catering services our clients will receive a first class experience in food and service. We provide professional catering serving equipment, china, silverware and buffets linens. Our full service events will be fully staffed with hand selected hospitality experts. Our chefs, servers and bartenders are "The Best Of The Best"!
Linens & Rental Equipment ~ We provide black, white or ivory linens for our buffets. Our clients are welcome to provide us with coordinating colored linens and decor for the buffet tables. We provide standard polyester linen napkins with most packages.
Food liabilities ~ Event Wise Catering adheres to all current health regulations. Our food may not be taken from the venue premises after it has been prepared, and served. With our wedding packages, we will package a "Bride & Groom" To Go Bag for their departure.Under strict health regulations we adhere to the recommendations and policies that no other raw, seafood, shellfish or nut products prepared by an outside source be brought in during an event that we are catering.
Tastings ~ After an initial budget and menu approval, we then provide a complimentary tasting for up to 6 guests. We provide the main entrees for our tastings along with their customized hors d' oeuvres. Tasting are held week days in the evenings.
