Stationary Hors D’ Oeuvres & Stations

Stations are a fun way to have a casual dining experience. These stations can be set up for happy hour and dinner service. Stations will stay open throughout the allotted service time. Every station will have an attendant assisting guests at all times. There is a 75 person minimum for all stations. Pricing is per person. As always, we are more than happy to customize & assist with calculations. Stations are priced with full size dinner and appetizer size plates, flatware, and cocktail napkins at each station.

Garlic whipped potatoes, mashed sweet yams with mini marsh mellow, pecan toppings, diced kielbasa, and sautéed

Mac n Cheese Bar

Creamy Macaroni & Cheese, butter panko, Mushrooms, bacon, scallions, sour cream Martini glasses $ .60 additional                                  


Smoked Salmon Display

Fresh smoked salmon, dill cream cheese, capers, diced red onion, eggs, & tomatoes, mustard Seafood sauce and gourmet crackers                 


Italian Antipasti Spread

Goat cheese, sweet peppers, Prosciutto de Parma, Genoa salami, pickled mini mushroom caps, Blue cheese stuffed olives,   

marinated artichoke hearts, fresh mozzarella, Roma tomato bruschetta, garlic crostini’s                                                                                   


Mini Burger Bar

All beef perfectly seasoned mini burgers. Toppings: cheddar, Swiss, provolone, sliced tomato, ice burg lettuce, onions,

sautéed mushrooms, ketchup, mayonnaise and mustard - Veggie burgers are also available                                                                           


Fajita & Nacho Bar

Chicken breast strips and sirloin, soft flour and soft corn tortillas, sautéed peppers & onions, shredded cheese, salsa,

Queso, shredded lettuce, diced tomato, sour cream, guacamole with Mexican rice & black beans. Shrimp $ 1.50 Additional                          


Pasta Bar

Choice of 2 pastas: Cheese Tortellini, Farfalle (bowtie) or Penne. Toppings

Tomato basil marinara, Alfredo or pesto - Toppings: mushrooms, parmesan, peas, diced ham, diced chicken                                                 


Shrimp & Grits

Creole seasoned shrimp, creamy cheddar stone ground grits: Toppings, bacon, scallions, sour cream, Martini glasses $ .60 additional
